Joseph BROWN & Ella CARR, early 1800s lookup please

Looking for a Joseph BROWN and Ella CARR who may have been from County Down. All their children emigrated to America between 1849 and 1852. There is no record of the parents going to America. 

I have already searched through Ancestry.com but if there are other resources I'd appreciate a lookup for these two. I'm guessing they would have been married abt 1820.

Thanks for any help/ideas.
