Mary Ann Hastie Tweedmouth b 1851

Please help!!  Mary Ann Hastie b. 1851 in Berwick (Tweedmouth) is listed on the 1851 Census as daughter of James and Rachel Hastie in fact she is the Illigitimate daughter of James and Rachels first daughter Mary b. c.1832. ( I have got her birth certificate) I am trying to find what happened to both of them  after 1851. I cannot seem to trace them.

Presuming you know that that Mary Ann did not die in infancy - it's probable that her mother Mary married between 1851-1861 and that Mary Ann is shown under her married name on the 1861 - happened a lot
