George Gregory was born in Tewkesbury JFM 1880, son of Philip Jesse and Rosannah Gregory. I have found him in the 1881 / 1891 and 1901 censuses. However, I believe he emigrated to South Africa circa 1920/21. He was there in 1921 where I believe he was a Wesleyan preacher on the Durban circuit. He married some-one called Gladys and they emigrated to Australia. He was in Australia in 1930 when a daughter was born to him.
Can anyone fill in any details please? (departure from England, marriage, residence, voyage to Australia etc.).
I would be very grateful for any help.
