William's parents were Matthew and Susan (above). In 1888, William was 20 and Elizabeth was 17.
Elizabeth's parents were Robert Murdoch, a fisherman and Jane, maiden surname Garret

That's good - they were big files so may have exceeded the limit of your first e-mail.
I'll check for siblings of Robert and William next.

1871 Census 25 St Andrew Street, Stranraer
Matthew Allison, 25, labourer, b. Girvan, Ayrshire Susan, 23, b. Ireland Mary, 6, b. Stranraer William, 4, Stranraer Matthew, 1, Stranraer John McInsbey (?), father in law, 78, labourer, b. Ireland
Sorry about the Irish birthplace - makes it more difficult to check but if Susan's father was over here, then we can find a death for him and, hopefully, Martha his wife to get their parents.
1881 Stranraer Matthew Alison, 34, labourer, b. Stranraer Susan, 33, b. Ireland Mary, 16, William, 14 Matthew, 9, James, 7, Martha, 5, Elizabeth, 3, Alexander, 1
All children b. Stranraer.
As a bonus, also living with them -
Margaret Trenton, cousin, 40, washerwoman, b. Stranraer James Trenton, 9, b. Glasgow, Govan Alice Trenton, 6, b. Glasgow, Govan

Having trouble finding Matthew's parents, Matthew Allison and Margaret Reid on the censuses but I have found the death of Margaret - very interesting:
20 November 1873 at 24 St John Street, Stranraer, Margaret Kelly, aged 69. Widow of James Kelly, butcher, formerly Matthew Allison, joiner. Parents - William Reid, labourer and Margaret Cunningham, both deceased. Informant - Margaret Allison, daughter.
So Margaret Reid b.c. 1804
