Lost my ribbon

Hi, 
I am not too sure where to put these but they maybe of use to someone researching Middlesex.  I found these photos that my Dad had kept they are men he worked with at Stella Lamps during WW2. They were glass blowers by trade. The names on the back are left to right A. West,(a bit obscure) J. West, Chapman, My Dad in the striped shirt, Bennett, Hinchliffe, Sidney and Roper.
The date on the back is Sept 1939.
Hope this is of some help to someone out there.
