Hi

Looking for info on an uncle who died around 1999 lived in Watford,hoping there might have been a death notice posted in the local newspaper or if anyone could advise an email address of the paper i could contact them directly

The most likely newspaper to have an obit in, if there was one, is the Watford Observer.

It's on line & very easy to find on Google.

Good luck, hope you find something.
