Hello Ferris,
If your granparents James Kelly, and Mary Welsh, were the couple married 1919, in Ardrossan, then you will not get the births of their children online, as those dates for births are outwidth the Statuary Limits and Disclosures, what you will get is the index of the year a child was born, place ie District, there name , but no parents name.
If you mother Mary, and her siblings were born in Ayrshire, that would narrow your search down, but to give you a example, from 1918, to 1947, the whole of Ayrshire, there are 667 Kelly, births, no easy task.
You say that there was a child Georgina, there is only one in the period i mentioned, she was born 1943, Kilwinning, Ayr.
I suggest you find the marriage of James Kelly, and Mary Welsh, this will prove his parentage, and her parentage, it will also provide ages for the couple.
Regards, Jonn.
