Does anyone know of the existence of an inventory of the properties and their occupants who were cleared from Grummore township during the Clearances.

Hi Spittalhill

Apologies if you have already seen this, but some names and properties mentioned here and a slightly different spelling of Grummore (Grumb-Mhor) I think?

May give you some leads? http://www.electricscotland.com/history/sclearstrath.htm

Thank you, Su. I have read most of the published accounts of the Clearances. I just wondered if anyone had anything more detailed, or knew if the Sutherland Estate papers contained such information.
