Parish Lists/ Surnames

Hi
Does anyone know of anything equivalent to this for Dumfriesshire or Kirkcudbrightshire from a similar era (17th Century)
http://freepages.history.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~leighann/1684/intro.html
I'm looking at surname distributions over time, trying to pick up patterns of immigration or surname adoption.
Comparing the Wigtownshire 1684 names with the 1841 Census data for the same area shows some interesting changes, principally a large number of Mc- surnames appearing, presumably from Ireland??
Cheers
Andy
