Does anyone know how i could access records about fostering! My Nan was placed with foster carers in roughly 1928 this was arranged by the salvation army, i have tried contacting them but all requests have been ignored. From what i have been told my Nan and her sisters were placed on a farm in Dalbeattie.
Any help would be gratefully received!
