George Ayres 1891 & 1901

In 1901 George was 56, a Boatmen and born in Leighton Buzzard.

Can anyone see his details in the 1891 and 1901 census?

not really what you were after but this might be of interest.
1891 RG12/2405/88/8
james foster age 25. b. aston. head.
charlotte age 22. b. alvechurch. wife.
james age 3mnths. b. aston. son.
mary.a.sharman age 49. b. northampton. mother-in-law(wid)
living at;4, camden place,aston. birmingham.
if this is the right charlotte then at this time george ayres was not married to mary ann
and charlotte would be his stepdaughter not daughter.

Well done. I found in 1881 George Ayres 36, married to Charlotte. 34. !!!  He was a Capt of Boats.

Charlotte Ayres died Q3 1895 age 48.

Q4 1895 Mary Ann Sharman married George Eaves ( Ayres, I guess). 

So I think George was still married to Charlotte in '91.
