Could anyone with access to ancestry transportation records to Tas lookup William or George Story or Storey, any years prior to 1850, Please ? (excluding the person who died)
It really would be very much appreciated.
Jeenie.

http://www.archives.tas.gov.au/ - convict indexes here have a George Story, a William Story, a George Storey and a number of William Storeys. If you recognise one of them as yours you can ask the archives to send you copies.

Thank you for going to the trouble for this lookup
I have already found this detail, and contacted the archives for their records, which will take at least 6 weeks - but there is someone in England standing by to do a lookup if I can determine which I want, date of conviction, and Court.
So, pending receipt of the full records from Tas, I was hoping for a precis such as
There’s a William Story convicted 3rd July 1845 in Montgomery who sailed on the Pestonjee Bomanjee on the 6th September 1845 to Van Dieman's Land Ref = HO 11/14
George Story convicted at Bradford on 4th March 1843 and sailed to Van Dieman's Land on 23rd September 1843 on board the Anson. Ref = HO 11/13
George Storey convicted on 17th May 1832 in Middlesex who sailed to Van Dieman's Land on the Layton on 26th August 1835. Ref = HO 11/10
William Storey convicted on the 23 February 1843 at York who sailed to Van Dieman's Land on the Emerald Isle on the 28th June 1843 Ref = HO 11/13
William Storey convicted on the 11th July 1833 in Norfolk sailed to Van Dieman's Land on the Isabella on the 23rd July 1831. Ref = HO 11/9
William Storey convicted on the 15th July 1824 in Middlesex sailed to Van Dieman's Land on the Sir Charles Forbes on the 23rd November 1824 Ref = HO 11/5
