MARTIN family in Helston

Hello all.  I am trying to find a twig of my family who lived in Helston.  My great aunt and uncle Leslie and Clarice MARTIN lived at a house called "Radmar" all their married life until they died in the 1960s and 70s.  Clarice's maiden name was Radford, hence the house name.  I used to visit them quite a bit as a child.  They had a son * Name Removed born in the 1920s,  I am wondering if he is still alive or maybe his descendants. 

I don't know a road name for "Radmar" , it may of course have been re-named, but if any Helston resident with some local knowledge is reading this, any information would be very gratefully recieved.
