Can SKS read this place of birth?

Hi everyone

Can someone please help decipher this place of birth?  It is from the 1871 Census - RG10 piece 544 folio 75 page 9 for a John Smith (I can hear you groaning  Wink)

If anyone can find them on the 1881 Census, I would be very pleased!

John b. <1827>
wife Letitia Elizabeth b. <1840> (from 1841 Census), Westminster, Middlesex
