1841 Herefordshire Census

Hello,

Hoping you may have 1841 census info for Herefordshire. Wanting to look up:

1) JOHN MORRIS (born in Kingsland in 1792)

2) His son, JOHN MORRIS (born in Kingsland in 1817)

3) Other children of JOHN MORRIS (b.1792)

SARAH MORRIS (b.??, Kingsland
JAMES MORRIS (b.1813, Kingsland)
MARY MORRIS (b.1815, Kingsland)
JANE MORRIS (b.1817, Kingsland)

Hi Roger,
I can't find your Morris's in Kingsland.The only one's there are..
Thomas Morris ..30
Elizabeth Morris..25.. both born locally..i am unable to read what he does for a living as it is really pale writing.Have you any other ideas as to where they might be lurking so i can try again?? Grin

Oh, by the way. Another time I did find a John Morris living at Brook End or Brook Bridge in 1841.

Is that anywhere near Kingsland and does that show up anywhere in your records?

Hi Roger,I believe that Brook End/Bridge is in Kingsland.I can  have another   look round  at the weekend when i have more time if that's ok!Meantime,have you seen the transcriptions by Steve Karner??If not...put steve Karner HEF in Google and then choose the one that is for surnames...there are a fair few Morris's on there- some John's from Kingsland and Brook end/Bridge... Grin

Hell Roger,not good news..I have just checked the( whole)Stretford Hundred which,as you probably know,includes Kingsland,Dilwyn and Eardisland.I only found this
