1841 census lookup

Hello - Looking for Mary Shallcross, but no idea of which town in Cheshire.
We know she was born 1819, father named Joseph.Would like to find more about her Cheshire origins and if she is on the 1841 census.

            Do you know if Mary married at all if so, who, when and where?
           Did she have children ?
           How did you know she was born in Cheshire and her father was Joseph ?
  As there is no name index to search for the majority of Cheshire it is difficult, we need another clue.

Mary married Edwin George in Ballarat, Australia and moved to NZ;they had one child, Walter Henry.  Have been unable to trace when they left U.K., and/or if they left together, but family info. states she was from Cheshire and he born in Scotland.
