Looking for family/information of a Thomas Manary who is believed to have left (Lurgan?) Ireland and moved to Kent late 1800s and married into a family - surname of which is FREEMAN-HORNE.
Thomas may have had George as a middle name.

I believe the family he 'married into' were possibly Slades Green/Dartford area. How could I check for marriages say around 1900?

If you think the marriage may have taken place in a local C of E church then you may find it in one of the online parish registers
