Marriage look-up 1822 (St Marylebone)

According to Pallot's marriage index my great, great, great grandfather John Fogden married Sarah Venables in the parish of St Marylebone in 1822. If anybody is planning to visit the LMA would it be possible to check the parish records to see if they contain any further information on the couple e.g. parents' names, places of birth, ages, occupations, that kind of thing. I have no idea what marriage lines contained in those days. I'd be grateful for any information or help.

I'm afraid it won't give you any of those things. What it will give is names and marital status, parish of residence (not parish of birth), whether by banns or licence, name of parson, date of marriage, names of witnesses.

 A parent might be mentioned incidentally if one of couple is under age.

John Fogden of this parish bachelor
and Sarah Venables of this parish spinster
were married in this church by Banns
this eleventh day of April in the year 1822
by me ? Chapman Curate
This marriage was solumnized between us
John Fogden (signed his name)
Sarah Venables X her mark
in the presence of
John Clark (signed his name)
Elizabeth ?ling (signed her name but it is hard to read, could it be Gosling, Jobling)
