John and Mary Ann Norton 1891
« on: Thursday 17 April 08 10:09 BST (UK) »

Hello,
Could someone look up the 1891 for me please? For a Robert and Mary Ann Norton both of Hevingham. Mary Ann should be aged abt 47 but I need to know how old Robert was to identify him with those I have on my tree. They married in 1886 but Mary Ann (WATTS) had a string of illeg children christened before that.  Children who may still be at home in 1891 and whose first and second names seem to be interchangeable, are Arthur William 1886, Clara Elizabeth 1881, Samuel Robert 1876, Louise Laura 1874, Elizabeth Sarah 1871. They could be using either the surname Watts or Norton.  Thank you.

Hello Tati

Very many thanks. Now I know which Robert Norton (sorry I headed it "John") that Mary Ann married. Not the one that I had thought that it was!
I am very grateful.
Regards,

Thank you Eileen,
I think that we may have been in touch before but since then  I have lost a lot of my info thru a computer crash and a fire, particularly stuff about the Medlers who also slide into my Dack tree several times.
Any help in re entering info  to my FT programme would be gratefully received. The Medlers seem to be connected everywhere.
Regards

Hi Vicwinann,
If you could send me a PM with your Email Address, and let me know which files you would like, I will forward them to you.
If you have connections with Hevingham, you sure to have a Medler in there somewhere!
I also had a computer crash last year and lost all my contacts addresses!
