Frank Caswell and a Sussanah Harper around 1893ish
they had a son Albert and a daughter Elsie

Hi can anyone find out about Albert and Elsie the two children of Frank Caswell and his 1st wife Sussannah Harper i no after Sussannah passed away in 1901 Frank cared foe Albert but Elsie was sent to stay with an aunt
i no in 1907 Frank married Rose Rolfe (she had two sons Cuthbert and Blandford rolfe was a single parent)and the first one of her sons is proving very illusive to say the least
anyway i do waffle on any info on Albert and Elsie would be wonderful

Are you sure about the boy's name being Albert?  He's enumerated as Herbert, aged 5, in 1901, and this birth seems to fit:

There are a few marriages in the name of Elsie M CASWELL on FreeBMD, but this one looks geographically promising:
