I am actually related thru
James Henry Price.
This is thei nfo I have so far on him
James Price,a widower,(wife, Jane.) left England from South End Harbour, with his only daughter, "Meni". James age was 26 years and Meni was 5 years. Arrived in Hawthorne Victoria in 1861.
He married in Victoria Australia 3 Oct 1861 Hawthorne Vic. to Sarah Ann Dickson.
I have no marriage records of James and Jane.
Abt 1857 birth of Meni in GLS.
Maybe he was a transportee to Australia from your info as a "prisoner".
No death records of Jane but when he married Sarah they had 14 children. I have their names and birth dates.One of which is my direct ancestory linkage.
Be interesting to see where Hannah fits in.
And if there are more siblings of James.
Funny enough William Price m. Elizabeth Bennett, one of James Henry Price's daughter my link 9th child Elizabeth May Price married a Bennett in Victoria.This Bennett's parents were born in Synwell Wotton Under Edge Gloucestershire. Near round circle. 
Do you think the 1861 Census is William's family?
