Elizabeth Whipps
« on: Friday 18 April 08 12:13 BST (UK) »

Elizabeth Whipps was married in Romford 1845. In 1851 she was 24 and born in Upend Essex.

Can anyone see her and her family in the 1841 census?

Ricky

Hi.  I found her name from the birth certificate for her son James Wellham. Living at Axe Street Barking in 1850. The 1851 census has them living at St Margarets, Barking. H0107 1772 Folio 491 Page 43 . My next move is to obtain the marriage certificate, Dec '45. I couldn't find the mc before as John was transcribed as WELLU[NM].

Thanks for your help.

Bob

Upend is nearly in Newmarket???

Ricky

I will now definitely require the mc to establish her father’s name.  Never mind, I had better go and do some work.!!!

Thanks
