Hi Alison

I know very little of my paternal family.  I have names which were talked of and odd photographs.  There was Albany or Albion, Clarence, Marmaduke, Rachel and a Rebecca who was a good pianist apparently.  Edith Lisle lived in Horsely in Horse Shoe cottage and married John Camplin Bousfield, my paternal grandfather. Edith and her husband and son moved to Newcastle upon Tyne. She passed away in 1962 and her son in 1979, her husband in 1951. her grandson passed away in 2004.

It looks like me and my children still have some distant relatives on the Featherstonhaugh side.  I always believed that once my grandparents and father passed away me and my children were the only ones left!

If you have any specific questions, I may be able to help by remembering conversation snippets from my childhood.

Hi Algae,
Thank you so much for your response.
Did Edith's son, William marry Irene Hugel?
Look forward to hearing from you.
Would you like to exchange email addresses by PM? I have a wonderful photograph your great grandfather William, he was born 1827.
Regards, Alison
