There are c20 Hannahs living in Winscombe in 1861 and none of them appears to have died in Somerset  in the month you suggest. More information would be useful.
How do you know that a Hannah died then, without knowing her surname?

because she is listed on the headstone with her parents (Williams) in the graveyard there, but unfortunately it does not give her surname, ie as to whether or not she was wed.  She died July 1862.  Does anyone have the burial records for that year for that church?

Does it give her age at death?
Parents names/ages could be useful as well.
(I notice that W-S-M FHS has published the burials up to 1900 on CD for £2.50 so someone may have that)

The parents's surname was Williams (Giles & Hannah) and the headstone said she was aged 35yrs making her birth year circ 1827.
