I am looking for a Hannah Williams in the 1841 and 1851 census around the Winscombe area.  She was born circ 1827.

Who were her parents/siblings - there are several Somerset entries for 1826 and only one for 1827 but she was not with any other Williams

No she wasn't at home with the family in 1841 & 51 so that is why I am seeking her.  I know she was still alive then.

Hi Rhodie,

I've checked the 41 and 61 census for Winscombe and the 51 for all of Somerset and I can't find your Hannah.  What makes you think she was in the Winscombe area?

her family were there and she was buried there with them after 1861.  She poss may have wed, but don't think this would be in 1841/51.

I've checked the PRs for Winscombe and still can't your find Hannah

Baptisms around the correct date:

Burials of Hannah - way too early

What were her parents names?

the Hannah who died 1834 was her mother.  They are buried St James, Winscombe.  The father was Giles.  She is not with him in either 1841/1851.  She poss wed March Q 1852 Axbridge dist Henry Vincent.

Hi thanks for this info which I have, she must have been born in another parish as there are gaps between the children and I know another child of their was born during this time period in Weare
