Hi,

I am doing a one name study of the Rossiter family tree and am looking for information please about the parents. grandparents and siblings of Eleanor Rossiter born in the March Quarter of 1883 in South Shields.

She married James Henry Watson at St Jude, South Shields on August 31st 1908.

Any information would be greatly appreciated please. TIA.

George W head age 40 b No Shields, Northumberland
Mary W wife age 34 b South Shields
Robert M son age 13 b South Shields
George W son age 11 b South Shields
Eleanor dau age 8 b South Shields
Isabella dau age 3 b No Shields
John F son age 1 b South Shields

    Cant make out occ as writing is bad also cant read Georges pob to check its correct.

Hi Sue,

Many thanks for all the posts.

I recognise that John Rossiter born Earsdon in 1896.

He had a son George William born 1850.

Mary must be his first wife as I have George married to Christina Adams in 1901.

He had a child May Louvaine Rossiter born 1915 in South Shields.

I'll try to find a wedding date for George and Mary.
