Thak you both for taking an interest.
I'm sorry, I am never too good with census numbers, I always get them in the wrong order however, the one "yonderpeasant" gives looks about right. And which everway I look at it it loos like Hell!
However, to confuse me further, I have also been sent some info from Steven Kelsey in Utah who has been researching the Woodyatts forever and he thinks my Henry Woodyatt was possibly baptised in All Saints Hereford (1826). All the other info he has given me seems to fit with what I already know so maybe Hell was a red herring.
To add to the confusion I have also found a Henry Woodyatt born 1826 on the 1871 census RG10/2681 page 3 born Cradley, Hereford but somehow I dpon't think he is my Henry.
I think I need to ponder all this info for a while and try and get my notes in better order.
Thanks again Helen

Just for a bit of interest, the spire in the distance is All Saints, Hereford. (Taken from the top of Hereford Cathedral roof !)

Could it possibly be (without being able to access the page ) He St (for Hereford Street) ?
Amended:- No, I can't find a Hereford Street on a current map ... not to say there wasn't one in 1861, of course ...
