Hi

Firstly - are you sure that there were 2 children both called James in the same family - you have James C b 1887 and James b 1895

If you check the 1901 image you will find that the "James" aged 6 is shown as a daughter and is actually Jane although transcribed as James

Have you only looked at the partially transcribed index on freebmd?    From their respective birthyears, they could have married any time from 1907 onwards and transcriptions for those years are thinner on the ground.
You will need to search the full GRO index which is available at your nearest main library.  It can also be searched online if you have an Ancestry subscription or at www.findmypast.com which is a paysite

You should be aware that marriages before 1912 do not show the surname of the spouse alongside the entry

With the possible exception of Phyllis and Euphemia, you may struggle to find the marriages of the other children given that there will probably be several entries for those names and you do not know the names of their spouse to cross check
