I'd made a note of your post as it was in parishes I'd need to check for my lot when visiting Northallerton. So hope some of this helps. Didn't spot a baptism for Thomas c. 1842, but William was baptised in Thirsk 2/2/1844 illegitimate son of Elizabeth Palliser, Union Workhouse (one of 5 workhouse born baptisms that day). Also on the IGI batch C014962
There was a marriage in Sandhutton 10/7/1838 of John Parvin to Margaret Bradwell, both full age, both of Sandhutton. John's father given as Thomas Parvin (dead) stonemason, Margaret's father blank. Witnesses Matthew Parvin & Thomas Goodrick. Can't find this marriage on the full GRO index.
Also in Sandhutton, a baptism for Hannah dau of John (labourer) & Margaret Parvin 19/5/1839 - on FreeBmd june qtr 1839 Thirsk vol 24 pg 458. No burial for either Margaret or Hannah in Sandhutton.
John's baptism in Kirby Wiske - first child, son of Thomas of Newsham stonemason and Hannah, his wife. Born 5/9/1812 baptised 22/11/1812. Matthew baptised 19/2/1814, son of Thomas & Hannah of Newsham. George baptised 18/8/1816, natural son of Hannah. Thomas Parvin married Hannah Butterfield 24/6/1811 Sandhutton IGI batch M105632.
There's a possible burial for Thomas in South Kilvington 31/3/1814 aged 38 - NBI not parish record.

If you get a chance to go to the record office in Northallerton, there are indexes for many of the parishes up to 1837, so if you know what parish you're looking for, it's not as much work as it might be in another archive. I checked the original for the baptisms to see if there was any extra info on George's - there wasn't. Sorry, didn't check the marriage, but with a date you can get a copy.
I've had a look online for deaths/burials for Margaret & Hannah, but the only one in the right area looks to be Hannah senior - buried 18/2/1849 aged 71 at Sandhutton cum Carlton.
Wonder where they are in 1841?
