Edward MUDGE 1801 Devon, England

I am looking for any info on Edward Mudge. He was born in 1801 in Devon (not sure where) his wife was Susanna (unknown Surname) who was born 1801 in mortonhamstead, devon and died 1874 in exeter. Their children were Mary Ann b 1830, George b 1835, Susan b 1837 and John b 1840.

Looking at the 1841 entry - John was 7.  In 1851 he is shown as 19

Nearest that I can find to Moretonhampstead for a baptism for Edward is:

10 Sept 1799, Chagford (about 2-3 km form Moreton)

and there's a possible baptism for Tomazin/Thomasin at Throwleigh, just north of Chagford:

16 June 1780. Mother - Elizabeth Mudge.
