HI MSHMRH & Silvery,

Many thanks for your suggetions and all the information from the censuses.

I have just had a thought the 1861 census was taken on 7th April 1861 and therfore if there had been two children and the first one died, the census information would not help. As there was 9 months between their christenings they would almost certainly be the same age at the time the 1861 census was taken hadthey both lived.

Bit difficult to explain hope you understand why I mean.
