Trying to find a marriage for William Shepherd (various spellings of surname) he married a Caroline ?  from Alverstoke. I have the 1881 census details for this family but that's all. William was born in Standlake Oxfordshire. I have earlier details for William at Standlake.

William Shepphard March 1868 Alverstoke Vol 2b Page 661 (transcribed as 651 but image reads 661)

Corresponding entry for a Caroline Harriett Benham (looks like they are sharing a house withn the inlaws in 1871)
