I am looking for the children of Christopher and Elizabeth Warren married 1767 in Werrington Devon/Cornwall. I already have Christopher [17th July 1768] and John [11th March 1771 and Ann 14th July 1771] I assume these are Christenings. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Regards Rayw1

I looked but couldn't find them. (Are you sure there are other children?) There are none listed in Werrington on the IGI, where the three children you list are to be found, with the dates effectively being the christenings. Perhaps they moved to another place after 1771? I tried looking but didn't come up with anything so far.

Thank you much for your effort, I have come to a stand still but I guess most of us have to face that fact sometime. I will see if I can find further data and then get back. Thank you again. RayW1

Thank you all for chasing my unreachables. This is all my fault because I sent you off on a wild goose chase. I have now found my Christopher at Marnhull Dorset and it has been proven. He is the son of Martin Warren who married Anna Maria Short. Hence the name of my GGG Nathaniel Short Warren. According to the Reverend Thomas Warren, Martin was part of the four generations of Parish clerks in Marnhull Dorset and as he was the husband of Anna Maria SHORT, he is said to have died of smallpox late in his life. Can anyone confirm the records that the reverend has passed down iin his book "History of the Warren Family" It appears that he has made a few errors but he lists the four generations of Parish Clerks as being Robert? [Martin b1733] an error I think! Christopher [b1698], John [b 1658] married Ruth and then John [b 1617] whom I think might have married Jane Woodrow? Confirmation of this data would be great, the Reverend states that he believed that the family came into Marnhull from Headsborough? Devon, would this be correct? Christopher [b 1768 was the son of Martin and Christopher broke away to become a stone mason in Southampton in 1790. Thank you all again RayW1.
