Hi Marj,
Don't know if you have found this yet but here is a baptism from the opc dorset site that looks like your Benjamin.

7 Sep 1851 Benjamin Holloway, s/o Charles and Sarah Holloway, Corfe Mullen, Labourer.

All the census transcripts are there for Corfe as well.
