Another Butcher request please

I'm trying to locate Edwin Butcher in 1861.   He was born in abt. 1841 in Horsmonden and I have him in 1851 and I know he eventually emigrated to New Zealand.     Although I thought he married a Harriet Parsons I'm not sure that info is correct.

From information about his brother (John) dated around the early 1900s, it states that his brother Edwin is living in New Zealand.   Before I can start to narrow down the date Edwin may have emigrated, (and I'm guessing he wouldn't have been much under 20/21 when he did so), I'd like to see if he was still in the UK in 1861.
