No Alice - two Fanny's, both on 1881 and 1891, neither born Penge or Croydon, however Penge is in the Croydon district  Huh  Huh

Well - perhaps the family didn't like the names they were given - if Alice was Fanny and her Mum was Lucy alias Margaret  Huh  Huh  Grin
