Thanks for looking and also helping to confirm that Sophia Inchey is the Shoreditch Sophia.
You know after all that I had read the 1891 Census as London Town City. I do find it hard sometimes to make sense of the writing. But it does also look as if it is Finsbury. 
Alfred married as Harvey Wells as that is the actual family name. They just seem through the generations to pick and choose which part of the name is used some Wells, some Harvey and then Harveywells and Harvey-Wells. I have verified the line with certificates etc.
The 1881 Census I have for Alfred Harvey shows him as being born in Hull, he is living with his mother and brother in Whitechapel at the time. But the census information can be very unreliable as I have found with the surname in this branch.
