Arrocher   Dunbartonshire   Scotland /  name /McFarlane

Ancestor Donald Mcneil was born abt 1812
His parents were (as named from his wedding cert.,)
Christian MCFarlane  was born in Arrocher about 1778-9
She married Hector Ncneil  (fisherman) in Arrocher? About 1796

Anyone know anything about this family please.

I have this family in my database from Hugh Wallis IGI records.
I only have Hector & Christian with no other details for them except marriage date of 9 Jun 1796 at Arrochar, Dunbartonshire, Scotland.  They had two children that are shown in the IGI a daughter Elizabeth b. 5 Feb & bapt. 6 Feb 1798 Arrochar, and a son John bapt. 16 Jan 1800 Arrochar. Hope this is of some help.
