Hello
For the last few months I've been working on creating a prototype piece of genealogy software. Most the the work I've do so far has been research based, looking into current genealogy software, evaluating what's out there, what's good, what's bad etc. At the minute I'm at the stage of designing some possible interfaces for the software I'm hoping to create.

(apologies for the sparse website, I'm not much of a web designer)
Obviously things are still early on and likely to change quite a bit, more detail added etc. I'm trying to go for as simple a design as possible, reducing the amount of clutter on the screen and overall making the software slightly less daunting to use.
General feedback and thoughts on things like colour schemes, fonts, layout etc would be much appreciated, even at this early stage.
