ww2 seaman

Can any one please help me with a Seaman who died aboard the Curcoa during WW2 . His name was Harry F Bull. We think he was born in Kent , but we are unsure about that . We are researching from Oz so any help would be great

Any surviving records for Royal Navy Personnel joining after 1923 will still be with the relevant authorities see the following for addresses etc. for the appropriate dates http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/catalogue/RdLeaflet.asp?sLeafletID=39

When you say you think he was born in Kent ....... what is your reasoning for thinking this?  If we have some idea of the area where he lived (or any other clues) it might help identify him.
