After 18 years of doing my huge family tree, my computer died and this has left me in a disasterous position. I have all the information backed up on a CD but I cannot find the programme disc anywhere, thus I am panicking! The programme is a very old one and although I have searched on the internet for a copy I have been unsuccessful. It is GSP Star, Family Tree 1.5, 1995 Is there another programme that you could recommend that would allow me to download this back onto my new computer? I would be most grateful for any help you can offer. There is a lesson to be learnt here! Charley

The hard drive hit the dust in the end. I found a copy of the programme to download free, and hopefully it may be of use to someone else.

Oh so true, and I'm glad Charley's panic is over - good news.
