In the past I have quite happily printed off the page of passengers where I have found my relative.
A month or so ago it wouldn't happen. There was about an 1/8 of the page printed at huge magnification. I then forgot about this new problem as I moved on to a home bound relative. Today I found something on the passenger list and the old problem is still there.
Does anyone have any idea what has happened? It wouldn't be be FMP changing things would it?
Any ideas welcome,

Hi Gadget,
I don't know! Quite possibly something has got spooked. At least I know now it's not fmp as you have it working. How do I check the settings? It terrifies me every time something like this happens!

I'm not sure but do you enlarge it to view on screen and then click on the print icon? I'm just wondering if it prints the screen view rather than the page.
I shall go and try to get it like yours.

No - even if I enlarge it, I still get the correct size when I print. Does it happen with any other FMP images - BMD records, for example, or is it just the migration records?
Have you tried saving it and then printing from there?

I have just sent an email asking their advice. Having been very unhappy with them when I first joined (mainly because I was inputting too much data) I have found them extremely prompt and very helpful. And they have also taken on board and altered at 5 or 6 errors that I have reported so I expect to hear from them tomorrow hopefully.
I will have a go now at a BMD and a census - will let you know,

BMD and Census both print out perfectly! But no passenger LIst.

I don't understand.
As an interim measure, until you get an answer from them, you could try getting various bits of the list up and doing a print screen and saving that file with a graphics prog or a utility like Gadwin Printscreen and then printing the resulting file(s).
Bit long winded but in an emergency ..........

Hi Gadget and anyone else interested,
Just had a very prompt reply from FMP suggesting I download the enhanced viewer. This I did. No difference! Another email back to them and they replied telling me my account was still set to Standard Viewer and they would change it!
I really don't understand as it worked perfectly a while back. Anyway they excelled themselves with 2 quick answers and it works!!!

Very pleased that it's sorted.
Come to think of it, the viewer that I'm using was downloaded last October when I changed machines/moved house, so if my Scottish one plays up, I'll know what to do
