Help!  I tried to change my profile picture that was on the right side of here.  I've somehow managed to get rid of the family crest, have selected add own pic, or whatever it says, chosen & added the pic, changed prefrences...but it's not here!!!  Any tips???  Huh

Ok, I've followed the intructions exactly...firstly 3c ,which I'd previously done then as suggested 3a.  The pic is only 47.2 kb & I've reduced the size using stretch/skew in paint, but you can see the result.

I'm losing the will to live  Huh
