Actually, yes, it is too wide. The biggest problem, is that unless people deliberately add carriage returns everywhere to the text, the screen needs to be constantly scrolled back and forth, to read the replies. (In the worst cases, people ask why there is no reply button for the topic ? - there is, but it's just way off screen to the right somewhere )
We do recognise that there are special cases e.g. photo board etc, and sometimes for other documents, such as yours, so in these case, if there were no other way, we would accept it.
But may I make a suggestion:
how about splitting it into two parts ??
