Trying to find information about James Wylie b 1806 Canonbie who married Ann Smith of Thorniewhats in 1824. Can anyone help to trace his father please? We know James was living at Watchhill at time of marriage to Ann. They lived most of their lives at Byreburnfoot, Canonbie.
We found a Mary Wylie b 1796 living at Watchhill in 1861 census and we believe there was a John b 1793. We have not been able to connect these people but do not have access to the parish records.
