Yes that's the one. The name must have been hard to read as they are in brackets, and I'm presuming they have her as a female because it said 'daughter of'.

I've just checked the witcham PRs on fiche and no Clement Blunts baptised at that time-in fact no Clements at all baptised there. between 1793 and 1800. i also checked haddenham and stephen and Elizabeth Blunt had a daughter mary baptised there 23rd October 1796 and a son stephen baptised in 1799.
Clement was quite a common christian name in the Haddenham/Sutton area at that time though and there are lots of non-conformists in the area so your Clement may not have been baptised.
The 1881 census for Rochdale has my great grandfather-born in Haddenham-down as being born in a place called Hudder which the librarian instantly took as being Huddersfield!

Mumof1 -
I don't know if you got any further with this?
Found a note on Rootsweb asking the following:
"Seeking marriage of Clement Blunt (born abt 1790) son of Clement Blunt and Elizabeth Whitwell to Mary Brand dau of Henry Brand (Henry b abt 1767). 1841 Census St Pauls Shadwell, Clement then married to Caroline Turnwood."
http://archiver.rootsweb.ancestry.com/th/read/ENG-CAMBRIDGESHIRE/2008-05/1211020754
Family History Online has the marriage of Clement Blunt Snr:
12 Oct 1791 Groom Clement BLUNT otp Bride Elizabeth WHITWELL otp by banns Witnesses James WHITWELL, Elizabeth HANLEY, Wentworth
It also has the baptism of AND a "received into the church" note in the BTs for Clement Jnr.
Baptised 27 Dec 1797, son of Clement and Elizabeth, private baptism, Wentworth Baptised 10 Feb 1799, son of Clement and Elizabeth, received into the church, Wentworth
and finally, the first marriage of Clement Jnr (though not to a Mary Brand?)
15 Oct 1821 Groom Clement BLUNT otp Bride Mary REMMINGTON of Witcham by banns Witnesses Wm W B MAWER, William GOODWIN, Mary HAWES, Wentworth
Wentworth is about a mile from Witcham, and that 1851 census entry is definitely "Wisham", which is an easy mishearing of "Witcham".
In 1841 and 1851 Clement Snr is a widower aged 75 and 79 respectively, living with William and Mary Cockall(Cockle in 1851) in Wentworth, described as father-in-law in 1851. Birthplace given as Haddenham in 1851, as is Mary's. Haddenham is about a mile away from Wentworth. Mary's age is 35 in 1841 and 45 in 1851, so she would have been born in about 1806, though I can't find a baptism in the CFHS index which fits her as daughter of Clement.
Clement Snr was buried in Wentworth on 12 Sep 1853, allegedly aged 71 - more likely to have been 81.
If you try Family History Online, and search for baptisms in Cambridgeshire, there are several Blunts born between 1790 and 1810. At least one of them, James bap 29 Jul 1792 is a child of Clement and Elizabeth. It's quite probable that the whole family are there...
Good luck Wendy
