I am desperately seeking contact with any descendants of GEORGE WILLIAM FAIRY born 1866 in Chelsea London.

George travelled to OZ in 1886  to live with family in Melbourne. He married JESSIE LOUISA MUTIMER and had to the best of my knowledge 4 children viz;

1. Ivy Amelia Jessie FAIRY 1888- 1963 married HERBERT JAMES EELES. One known daughter NORMA MACPHERSON EELES.

2.GEORGE HENRY FAIRY 1890-1954   married Annie O'Brien. One known daughter EILEEN MARY FAIRY.

3.HARRY NORMAN FAIRY 1893-1973 married Florence May Nicholls
No known children??

4. VIOLET ROSA EMILY FAIRY 1905 -1994 married CHARLES MCLEAN BAIRD . 2 known daughters Jean and Betty. Betty married Des McLean.

Do any of these names ring bells with anyone?

George William Fairy was first cousin to my great grandmother. I am hoping to make contact with a family member who might have stories /photos/ letters etc for a book on the Family history.

I have much to share!
