Thank you for your reply, my Grace Templeton was transported to Van Diemens Land in 1835 she came down as Templeton and single.
Her convict conduct report also has under her name (McCluskie) not sure what that means, is it her maiden name or married name? I am still trying to work that one out, also under that it has...... Dumfries.......not sure what that means either.
Other documents have her down as being married when she was transported but I have nothing to go on only that she was born in Ayr, Scotland.
I will keep searching.
