Hi everybody, I am a newby, my genealogy interests are Douglas and Dick families, Linlithgow/Bathgate West Lothian 1700 - 1900, Mackays Reay Caithness 1700 - 1900, Davidsons Wigtownshire Kirkinner 1840 - 1900. I am trying to locate the where abouts of my 3Xs gt grandmother Agnes Douglas ms Russell in the Royal Burgh of Linlithgow 1861 census. I have her on the 1851 census along with her husband James Douglas living at 10 the Cross Linlithgow. Her husband James died before Deaths had to be officially recorded in 1855. I have a death certificate for an Agnes Douglas who died in the Unions Poor House in Linlithgow in 1867 aged 89, my Agnes was born in Falkirk 1776/78 and I think that this Agnes Douglas was my 3X`s gt grandmother. I tried scotlandspeople to find her in West Lothian 1861 census with no luck. I would be very grateful for any help on this matter. Kind regards,
I can see this Agnes b @1775 Falkirk Stirlingshire....may be her ..?
