Thomas & Mary Martin

I'm looking for Thomas & Mary Martin who had several children born & baptised in Clavering, Essex between 1789 & 1796. I beleive one of them George Martin is my great (x3) grandfather born circa 1794.

Have searched Clavering parish records and can find no evidence that Thomas & Mary were born or married there. Any help to trace them would be greatly appreciated.

Found this in 1841 and the dates are about right for Mary but its only a maybe unless other names

are familiar i think Smiley

        1841 in Clavering
       HO107/ 327 Book 2 Folio 3 Page 1

Mary Martin age 80
Ann Law age 70
Jane Wommell age 40

All b Essex

Just to add a little further to Sues info there is a Geo Martin 60 and family living a about 10 doors away from Mary Martin 85.

If you want details of this entry just ask and I will post for you

Not sure it helps in any way but I thought it worth mentioning.

The Geo Martin I have posted about above is notyour 3x GG as ive found yours living in Hertfordshire in 1841.
